Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales made on the website www.lumynart.com between the company Lumynart (hereinafter "we") and any individual (hereinafter "the customer") wishing to make a purchase via our website.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product photos are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are not included and are specified at checkout. Lumynart reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order confirmation will be sent by email once payment is validated.
5. Payment
Payments are made online through secure methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout. In case of delay or delivery issue, the customer may contact us at lumynartsupp@gmail.com.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing any reason. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. Return requests must be sent by email to lumynartsupp@gmail.com. A return label will be provided if the return is approved.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
9. Non-returnable Items
Customized items, hygiene or beauty products, perishable goods, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
10. Liability
Lumynart cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill the contract in cases of force majeure, including total or partial strikes or disruptions of postal or transport services.
11. Personal Data
Information collected is necessary for processing orders. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
